biTS Women’s forum ‘Uttaron’ formed

The female workers of country’s leading IT firm BRAC IT Services Limited (biTS) formed a women’s forum titled ‘Uttaron’ on June 23.

The forum was formed to enhance women empowerment, professional skills and ensure equal opportunity of male and female.

On this day, a panel discussion titled ‘Equal Opportunity for Women in Workplace’ was held.

The speakers urged the women to change their attitudes and focus on skill development at their respective workplace.

The program was attended by Special Guests Sayeda Tahya Hossain, CPO of BRAC Bangladesh, Zara Jabeen Mahbub, Head of Communication & Service Quality of BRAC Bank, Bilquis Jahan, Head of Human Resource of BRAC Bank and Nurun Nahar Begum, Head of Applications Management & Relations, Technology Head and ‘TARA’ Head (BRAC Bank Women’s Forum).

Farjana Akhter Jahan and Saimoon Ara Amin as anchor & moderator respectively conducted the program.
