U.S. Embassy-Dhaka Facebook page reaches four million likes

The Facebook page of U.S. Embassy-Dhaka has reached four million likes. The embassy’s Facebook page posted an update in this regard this morning.

“What a great way to start 2017 - U.S. Embassy Dhaka`s Facebook page now has FOUR million fans!!!,” the status reads.

The embassy thanked all the fans for this milestone.

“Thanks to you, we`re the first U.S. embassy to reach this incredible milestone! This celebratory video is our way of saying THANK YOU!! HAPPY NEW YEAR to all our incredible Facebook friends,” it reads.

It also posted a video titled “Nache Ey Mon” which features an original song by singer Pritom Hasan, Naumi and rapper Towfique Ahmed with cameos by Ambassador Bernicat, famed singer Tahsan, Bangladeshi cricketer Mehedi Hasan Miraz, Safa Kabir, Sabila Nur, YouTube sensation Salman Muqtadir, and others.
