Tamim shifted to Evercare from KPG Hospital

Former Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal, who suffered a heart attack during a Dhaka Premier League match, has been shifted to Evercare Hospital, Dhaka from KPJ Specialised Hospital in Gazipur.
Family members brought him to Evercare Hospital on an ambulance on Tuesday night, March 25, after his physical condition improved a bit.
Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan will visit him at the hospital around 10:00pm.
Earlier today, doctors in a press briefing on behalf of KPG Hospital said though Tamim is now out of danger, it would be better not to transfer him anywhere else in the next 72 hours.
However, his family members decided to take him to Evercare Hospital for better treatment.
Tamim Iqbal was hospitalised after suffering a heart attack during a DPL match at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) grounds in Savar on Monday morning, March 24.
He was initially treated on the ground and later rushed to the nearby KPJ Specialised Hospital, where a blockage in his heart was detected.
