Pakistan win fourth Test against England
Pakistan beat England by 10 wickets to win the fourth Test at The Oval on Sunday as they ended the four-match series all square at 2-2.
Chasing just 40 to win, Pakistan won when Azhar Ali (30 not out) hit off-spinner Moeen Ali for six.
Sami Aslam was 12 not out in a victory that coincided with Pakistan’s national Independence Day.
England were dismissed for 253 in their second innings on Sunday’s fourth day.
Leg-spinner Yasir Shah took five for 71 after Younis Khan (218) and Asad Shafiq (109) made excellent centuries in Pakistan’s first innings 542 all out.
