Tigresses choose to bat against India

Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana won the toss and opted to bat against India in the third and final ODI of the three-match series at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.

Bangladesh won the first match by 40 runs under DLS method before India leveled the series with a massive 108-run victory in the second game.

The victory in the first ODI was Bangladesh’s maiden victory in this format against India. Pacer Marufa Akter was instrumental in the victory, claiming her career-best 4-29.
