T20 WC: Bangladesh set 145-run target for Netherlands
Bangladesh set a target of 145-run for Netherlands in their opening match of the T20 World Cup at the Bellerive Oval in Australia on Monday.
Bangladesh scored 144 runs in the 20 overs losing 8 wickets.
Earlier, Bangladesh was asked to bat first after its captain Shakib Al Hasan Hasan lost the all-important toss against Netherlands.
Netherlands captain Scott Edwards felt that the chasing team will do well and hence he didn’t hesitate to send Bangladesh to bat first.
