Anushka likely to cheer for Virat in West Indies

India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli is all set to be joined by a very special person in the West Indies, where the team is busy preparing for a four-Test series, the first of which will be played in Antigua from July 21.

According to the Mumbai Mirror, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma is all set to fly out to the Caribbean to cheer for boyfriend Kohli, as he gears up for his first tour outside the subcontinent as captain of the Indian team.

Anushka is likely to make a very hush-hush trip to the West Indies this time as she has copped some flak from unreasonable Indian cricket fans in the past.

The 28-year-old beauty has, for no fault of her own, been blamed for ‘distracting’ Kohli on the cricket ground.

Anushka, who is currently basking in the monumental success of her recent flick ‘Sultan’ with superstar Salman Khan, had hit out at her haters on social media a few months ago after they turned abusive over her reported on-off relationship with one of the most marketable players in the world.

Kohli for his part has lashed out at the trolls and urged them to stop blaming Anushka for his performances on the field.

Anushka will reportedly join the wives of the Indian cricketers - Ajinkya Rahane, Ravindra Jadeja, Murali Vijay, Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohit Sharma and Stuart Binny - and reach the West Indies after the second Test which ends on August 3.
