Cristiano Ronaldo led Portugal sealed their maiden title of the 15th UEFA European Championship with extra-time goal over the hosts and two times winners France at Stade de France on Sunday night.

Portugal’s substitute forward Eder was the hero in the high-voltage battle of UEFA EURO 2016 as he rifled the match winner in 109th-minute, after a barren 90 minutes.
