Bangladesh whitewashed by New Zealand
New Zealand thrashed Bangladesh by 164 runs in the third and final match of three-match ODI series to whitewash the Tigers 3-0.
Chasing 319-run target, the Tigers were all out for 154 runs at Basin Reserve in Wellington on Friday.
For Bangladesh, none could make a good score except Mahmudullah Riyad's 76 runs off 73 balls.
The Black Caps bowlers James Neesham and Matt Henry bagged five and four Bangladesh wickets respectively while Kyle Jamieson took one.
Earlier, two centuries from Devon Conway and Daryl Mitchell propelled the Kiwis to post a gigantic target of 319 runs for the visiting team.
Rubel Hossain picked three Kiwi wickets while Mustafizur Rahman, Taskin Ahmed and Soumya Sarkar each one.
