Imran Tahir removes Bairstow in first over

Excellent start for South Africa as Imran Tahir has gotten the prized scalp of Jonny Bairstow in the first over itself.

South Africa won the toss and elected to bowl first against England in the ICC World Cup 2019 opener, reports HT.

The hosts left out Mark Wood and brought in all-rounder Jofra Archer for his first World Cup appearance.

South Africa omitted allrounder Chris Morris, with Dwayne Pretorius selected.
