Sylhet bag first win in BPL 6

Warner led Sylhet Sixers bagged their first win in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Wednesday.

Winning the toss, Sixers’ skipper David Warner opted to bat first, but it wasn’t a typical decision like the other captains made in day’s first match from the beginning of the tournament as they chose to bowl first.

Batting first, Sylhet Sixers set a challenging total of 169 runs for the Vikings.

In reply, the Vikings were bundled out for 167 in their stipulated 20 overs.

Sixers' pacer Taskin Ahmed took four wickets conceding 28 runs in four overs.
