Mabia in Run Energy Bar commercial

Weightlifter Mabia Akter Simanta, a gold medalist of 12th South Asian Games has signed a television commercial (TVC) deal with RRAN Agro Limited.

The signing of the contract between Mabia and PRAN Agro Limited (PAL), a sister concern of PRAN Group, took place at its head office in Dhaka on Sunday.

‘She will be shooting a TVC for Run Energy Bar, a serial bar of PRAN Agro Limited,’ said an official of the company.

The contract with Mabia is for the next one year.  She will also take part in the event campaign of the serial bar.

Shefat Ahemed, Assistant Brand Manager of PAL and Director Nafiz Reza were present at the signing event.

Toshan Paul, Category Manager of PRAN Agro Ltd said, ‘We selected Mabia for her springtide images.’

Certified by Halal, Run Energy Bar is gaining popularity among youngsters, he said.

Mabia said PRAN is a leading business conglomerate in the country and she is very happy to be working with PRAN.

Nafiz Reza will direct the commercial and the shoot will be held in Kushtia on May 7 and 8.
