Bangladesh jump to 5th position in ODI ranking

Bangladesh secured fifth place in the International Cricket Council (ICC) One-Day International (ODI) team rankings.

This is for the first time Bangladesh secured its number-fifth position in One-Day International ranking.

President of Bangladesh Cricket Board Nazmul Hasan Papon on Monday confirmed this matter at his office in the capital’s Dhanmondi after ending a meeting with ICC.

Bangladesh Cricket Team’s rating point stands at 101 from the previous 97.

Australia maintained the no. 1 position with 128 points followed by New Zealand, India and South Africa.
