No call for Tamim in the IPL auction

Bangladesh batting sensation Tamim Iqbal was not called in the IPL 2018 auction in Bangalore on Sunday.

Tamim, who has been one of the biggest stars in Bangladesh, had in 193rd position in the list of selected players for the IPL auction 2018.

As a result, Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman will be the only Bangladesh representatives in the upcoming 11th season of IPL, scheduled to be held from April 7 – May 27, 2018.

A total of six Bangladeshi cricketers, Shakib al Hasan, Mustafizur Rahman, Tamim Iqbal, Mahmu-dullah, Sabbir Rahman and Abul Hasan have found their places in the two-day long auction for the Indian Premier League auction for the forthcoming 11th edition of the tournament.
