Shakib takes two quick SA wickets

Bangladesh ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan took two wickets in one over after the Tigers bowlers were struggling against the Proteas opening pair in the second one day international (ODI) at Boland Park on Wednesday.

Shakib got Quinton de Kock in the third ball of the 18th over, and two balls later in the same over skipper Faf du Plessis was clean bowled by Bangladesh all-rounder.

Quinton de Kock made 46 off 61 while du Plessis scored nought.

Opening batter Hashim Amla scored unbeaten 49. Meanwhile, new batsman AB de Villiers has come to the crease.

Till filing of this report, South Africa were 179 for the loss of two wickets in 30 overs.

Earlier, Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Mortaza won the toss and invited South Africa to bat first.
