Bangladesh were all out for 260 in their first innings on the first day of the first Test against Australia at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka on Sunday.
Bangladesh ace all rounder Shakib Al Hasan and opener Tamim Iqbal compiled the second-best fourth-wicket stand in Bangladesh’s Test history, but both men missed the chance to push on towards centuries.
Tamim scored 71 off 144 balls while Shakib made 84 runs from 133 balls. Nasir contributed 23 runs before being trapped lbw by Agar.
