Zimbabwe level series

Zimbabwe beat Bangladesh in the fourth and final Twenty20 International by 18 runs to level series 2-2 at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna on Friday afternoon.

Great innings from Masakadza takes visiting Zimbabwe to 180 runs in the final match against Bangladesh losing four wickets in their allotted 20 over’s.

In reply, Bangladesh managed to score 162 runs losing all wickets in 19 over’s.

Bangladesh won the first two matches by four wickets and 42 runs respectively before Zimbabwe bounced back with the third match.

Elton Chigumbura returned to lead Zimbabwe after taking a break in the previous two matches as the African side made three changes to their squad.

Chigumbura, Luke Jongwe and Neville Madziva came in for Sean Williams, Taurai Muzarabani and Brian Vitori.

Bangladesh brought back opener Tamim Iqbal, who was joined by Arafat Sunny and Taskin, with Sunny and Taskin playing their first match in the series.

Batsman Mosaddek Hossain, all-rounder Muktar Ali and pacer Mohammad Shahid made the way for the trio.
