Sanjit stars as BD U-19 team sweep series
A five-wicket haul by Sanjit Saha enabled Bangladesh under-19 to make clean sweep of the three-match Youth ODI series beating visiting West Indies U-19 team by 16 runs in the third and last match held on Saturday at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
Chasing a winning target of 236 runs set by Bangladesh, West Indies found the chase very stiff losing wickets in regular intervals and finally dismissed at 219 in 49.5 overs.
Earlier, Bangladesh, rode on opener Saif Hasna`s unbeaten ton, scored decent total of 235 for 7 from their allotted 50 overs, after they opted to bat first.
Sanjit Saha of Bangladesh was named the [player of the match while Saif Hasan was given the player of the series award.
