Bangladesh announce squad for one-off Test against India

Pacer Shafiul Islam and Wicketkeeper cum batsman Liton Das have made a comeback to the national squad for the one-off Test against India, set to be played in Hyderabad from February 9.

Shafiul will be included in the 15-man squad, replacing Rubel Hossain while Liton Das is replacing for Nurul Hasan Sohan.

Mushfiqur Rahim, Mominul Haque and Imrul Kayes, who were all injured for Bangladesh`s previous Test in Christchurch, returned to the squad.

Nazmul Hossain Shanto, Mustafizur Rahman  were the omissions from the Christchurch squad.

The fixture in Hyderabad will be Bangladesh`s first ever Test in India, sixteen years after they played their maiden Test - against India in Dhaka - in November 2000.
