India-Bangladesh one-off Test: online tickets sale begins

Bangladesh cricket team is going to visit India for playing their first Test match at Indian soil from 9 February 2017.

Indian online organization eventsnow has started online selling of tickets. The rates of the tickets have been fixed with Rs 100, 200, 500, 1,000.

India is the only team among ICC Full Members who have not hosted Bangladesh for a Test series earlier. Before this, Bangladesh have only visited India twice for the limited-overs tournaments - the 2006 Champions Trophy qualifiers and the 2014 World T20 - since acquiring the Test status in 2000.

Now BCCI arranges only one Test match against them which will be played at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad from 9 to 13 February 2017. Total eight Test matches have been played between the crickets teams of Bangladesh and India, all in Bangladesh, from which India have won six and two matches were ended as draw.
