Cricketer Arafat Sunny arrested

Bangladesh left-arm spinner Arafat Sunny was arrested in a case filed with Mohammadpur Police Station under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act.

A team of police arrested him from his residence on Sunday morning.

Confirming the matter to Jagonews24.com, Wahedul Islam, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Tejgaon  zone, told that he (Sunny) was already sent to the court.

Arafat Sunny’s girlfriend filed the case under the ICT act, he added.
