Young tigers are ready to face Sri Lanka in the second Semifinal

Young tigers lost the final match of the group stage in the last over to Pakistan but still managed to reach the semi-final as a group champion.

They will face Sri Lankan youths in the second semi-final of ACC Under-19 Asia Cup. In the first semi, India have beaten Afghanistan by 77 runs.

The match will start at 3PM on Wednesday, according to Bangladesh time.

This is the first match Bangladesh will play under flood light in this tournament. There is a chance of rain today at Colombo and in that case the match will become certainly difficult for the youths under flood light and toss will be a crucial factor.

However, Saif Hassan is confident and he reckons last three day’s practice under flood light will be adequate for Bangladesh to beat the home team. He can also be encouraged by the performance of his predecessors.

In youth ODI, Bangladesh holds a good record against Sri Lanka by winning 20 matches out of 34. In the last match between them, Bangladesh had beaten them to become third of U19 world cup at Fatullah.
