Jago News-DSEC Media Cup begins Saturday

Jago News-DSEC Media Cup six a side cricket tournament will begin at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Saturday.

Country’s leading 32 media houses will take part in 5 day long tournament. Dhaka Sub-Editors Council (DSEC) is organising the tournament.

Among others, Jagonews24.com editor Shujan Mahmud, chief news editor Mohiuddin Sarker, DSEC president Nasima Akhter Soma, Acting general secretary Mukhtadir Anik, Treasurer and convener of the tournament committee AKM Obaidur Rahman were present at the press conference.

A press conference was held in this regards on Thursday at the conference room of Bangabandhu National Stadium.

Jagonews24.com will look after the overall management of the tournament. Popular soft drinks brand Braver will sponsor the tournament while Bisk-club will be cosponsor.

The tournament will be held on a six a side basis from December 10 to December 14. The final will take place on December 14.
