Jagonews win opening match

Jagonews won by three wickets against Sharebiz in the opening match of Media Cup Cricket tournament organized by Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU).

The match was started at 8am on Sunday at the Hockey Stadium in the capital. Sharebiz won the toss and chose to bat first and scored 68 runs playing all overs.

Jagonews won the match in spare of two balls.

Shafikul Islam of the winning team got man of the match prize scoring unbeaten 44 runs and hauling two wickets.
