Rubel gets permission of going abroad

The court has exempted Bangladesh cricketer Rubel Hossain from being physically present in the court from now on. By this exemption Rubel now can travel abroad.

Rubel on Wednesday morning submitted a petition seeking permission for going abroad. Dhaka metropolitan magistrate Mohammad rashed Talukdar granted his plea. This order cleared Ruble’s way to play world cup cricket for Bangladesh team.

19-year-old Naznin Akter Happy lodged a complaint of ‘false promise of marriage’ against the cricketer under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act last month.
