Khaleda leaves Dhaka to perform Hajj
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Wednesday left Dhaka for Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj at the invitation of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Khaleda’s media wing staff Shamsuddin Didar confirmed the matter to JagoNews24.com.
A flight of Saudi Airlines, carrying the BNP chief and her companions, took off from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at about 5:30pm.
Khaleda’s adviser Dr Enamul Haque Chowdhury, ICT secretary of BNP’s executive committee Sharif Shah Kamal Taj, special assistant Abdus Sattar and her aide Fatema Begum are accompanying her, party sources said.
