NCC sits with political parties ahead of July Charter signing
The National Consensus Commission (NCC) sat with political parties at the Foreign Service Academy in Dhaka on Wednesday evening, October 15, ahead of the signing ceremony of the 'July National Charter' scheduled to take place on Friday, October 17.
The meeting began around 6:00pm where Chief Adviser and head of the Commission Prof Muhammad Yunus joined, said Chief Adviser's Senior Assistant Press Secretary Foyez Ahammed.
The National Consensus Commission on Tuesday, October 14, sent the final copy of the 'July National Charter' to political parties, seeking their firm commitment to its fully implementation.
Earlier this afternoon, the Commission held a meeting at the State Guest House Jamuna, with the Chief Adviser in the chair.
In the meeting, the Commission's Vice-Chairman Prof Ali Riaz and its members were present.
