Khaleda calls standing committee’s meeting Thursday

BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia called an emergency meeting of the party’s standing committee members to discuss preparations of observing party’s 38th founding ceremony on September 1.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at her Gulshan political office in the capital on Thursday night.

BNP press wing member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter.
