Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Dhaka, Issa bin Youssef Al-Duhailan, met with former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Monday evening.
The meeting took place at Khaleda Zia’s Gulshan residence, beginning around 8:00pm, according to Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP Media Cell.
BNP Standing Committee member Dr AZM Zahid Hossain, who also serves as Khaleda Zia’s personal physician, and her special assistant Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas were present during the meeting.
The details of the discussions held during the meeting have not been disclosed.
