Former Member of Parliament for Sirajganj-2, Jannat Ara Henry, and her husband, Labu Talukdar, the former chairman of Sirajganj Zilla Parishad, have been arrested in Moulvibazar.
RAB-9 officers apprehended the couple from a house in the Sonapur area, on the outskirts of Moulvibazar town, on Monday (September 30).
The home belongs to local resident Delwar Hossain Bachchu, where the couple had reportedly been hiding for long after the fall of Sheikh Hasina government on August 5.
