Dhaka Medical College bans student politics

The Dhaka Medical College authorities have banned student politics on its campus and hostels.

The academic council of the college decided this in a meeting on Saturday afternoon.

The meeting also decided that providing proper medical care to all students who sustained injuries in the recent Anti-Discrimination Students’ Movement.

Dhaka Medical College principal professor Dr Md Shafiqul Alam Chowdhury, members of the council, and Dhaka Medical College Hospital’s director Brigadier General Md Asaduzzaman were present in the meeting.
