BNP reschedules hartal for Tuesday

BNP has rescheduled its dawn-to-dusk hartal for Tuesday as Bangladesh declared state mourning on Monday for the Kuwait emir's death.
The party's Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the decision in a virtual press conference on Sunday.
Earlier on Saturday, BNP called the dawn-to-dusk nationwide hartal on Monday to press home the one-point demand to topple the government.
However, Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah passed away on Saturday at the age of 86.
