Mirza Fakhrul to fly to Singapore for medical treatment
Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and his wife Rahat Ara will leave Dhaka for Singapore on Thursday for medical treatment.
Mirza Fakhrul confirmed the matter to the media on Wednesday.
He will receive treatment at the National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore for various health complexities, including blockage in the nerve of his neck.
He sought prayers of the people and the leaders and activists of the party for his and his wife’s wellbeing.
Earlier in February, Mirza Fakhrul and his wife Rahat Ara Begum flew to Singapore for treatment.
