19 Jamaat-Shibir men among 47 held in Satkhira

Police in a drive arrested 47 people including 19 activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and Chhatra Shibir from different parts of Satkhira district.

The drive was conducted at eight thanas from Friday evening to early Saturday.

Information officer of Satkhira district police Kamal Hosen said, the arrested person are the accused of sabotage cases. The drive will be continued, he added.
