Amir Khasru, his wife among 5 sued by ACC

A case has been filed against BNP’s Standing Committee Member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, his wife Tahera Khasru Alam and three others on charge of plot forgery and constructing Hotel Sarina without maintaining the design.

Selina Akhter, Deputy Director of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), filed the case with ACC’s Integrated District Office Dhaka-1 on Monday. 

ACC Secretary Mahbub Hosen confirmed the matter in a press briefing. 

The other accused are Hotel Sarina Chairman Golam Saroar, its Managing Director Sabera Saroar Neena and the Building Inspector of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK) Awrangajeb Nannu.
