No election under this government: Mirza Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has reiterated that no election will be held under the current government and a caretaker government must be formed.

"There will be no election under this government and a caretaker government must be formed dissolving the parliament," he said.

Fakhrul said this while addressing the party's divisional mass rally in Barishal on Saturday.

BNP standing committee members Begum Selina Rahman, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, Dr Abdul Moeen Khan, and so on also spoke in the program.

The rally was held in Barishal today as part of BNP's mass rally at divisional cities seeking the party chief Khaleda Zia's unconditional release, election-time non-party impartial government, and protesting fuel prices hike, deaths of leaders and activists by police, attack and false cases against them.
