BNP to submit memos to DCs for Khaleda’s release on Wednesday

BNP will submit memorandums to Deputy Commissioners (DCs) on Wednesday across the country demanding the release of the party Chairperson Khaleda Zia from jail and her better treatment abroad. 

The party General Secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said this at a rally in front of the National Press Club on Monday morning.

He said they will go on tougher programme if their demand are not met. 

Dhaka city north and south BNP organized the rally. Dhaka city South BNP Convener presided the programme.  

BNP standing committee members Goyeshwar Chandra Roy, Nazrul Islam Khan, Joint Secretary General Khairul Kabir Khokon, Organizing Secretary Shama Obayed and Dhaka city north convener Amanullah Aman were present among others in the programme.
