BNP’s mayoral candidate for Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Tabith Awal has promised to transform Dhaka into a world-class city in his election manifesto.

Tabith unveiled the manifesto at the Emmanuelle Banquet Hall in Gulshan 1 of the capital on Monday morning.

He promised 19-point programme which included making Dhaka traffic-jam free, clean, pollution free and healthy city, ensuring water, safe food, public-toilet and ensuring safety of the people.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee members Goyeshwar Chandra Roy, Nazrul Islam Khan, Kalyan Party Chairman Syed Ibrahim, President of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) ASM Abdur Rab and Nagarik Oikya Convener Mahmudur Rahman Manna were present among others during this time.
