Khaleda’s health better than before: Home Minister
The health condition of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia is better than before and she is fasting, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said today.
He said this while talking to the journalists at his office in the Secretariat.
“As far I know she is fasting and her blood pressure is under control. She is taking insulin and the drugs of diabetes,” the minister said.
Former prime minister Khaleda Zia, who is receiving treatment at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, was convicted and landed in prison for five years in February last year in the Zia Orphanage Trust corruption case.
Later, she was also convicted in the Zia Charitable Trust graft case.
