BNP nominates Ilias Ali’s wife for Sylhet-2

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has nominated its missing leader Ilias Ali’s wife Tahsina Rushdir Luna for the Sylhet-2 constituency for the upcoming polls.
The joint general secretary of Sylhet BNP, Md Mainul Haque, said she has got the confirmation letter on Monday.
Ilias, a former lawmaker and also BNP organising secretary of Sylhet Division, went missing on April 17, 2012 from Dhaka’s Banani area.
He is yet to be traced by the law enforcers.
