BNP leader Rafiqul gets six-month bail

The High Court (HC) has granted six-month bail to Rafiqul Islam Miah, a standing committee member of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
Justice Shawkat Hossen passed the order on Monday.
ACC lawyer Khurshid Alam confirmed the matter.
On December 20, a Dhaka court sentenced BNP standing committee member Barrister Rafiqul Islam Miah to three years in jail for not submitting his wealth statement to Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
