First janaza of Tariqul Islam held at Naya Paltan

The first namaz-e-janaza of former minister and BNP Standing Committee Member Tariqul Islam was held at the BNP’s political office Naya Paltan on Monday at 10:07am.
BNP’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee members Dr. Khandaker Mosarraf Hossain, Barrister Moudud Ahmed and Barrister Jamir Uddin Sarker took part among others in the janaza.
The second namaz-e-janaza of Tariqul will be held at the South Plaza of Jatiya Sangsad.
His body would be flown to Jashore and buried at the Karbala Graveyard after namaz-e-janaza following asr prayers at Jashore Eidgah Maidan today.
On Sunday afternoon, former minister and BNP Standing Committee Member Tariqul Islam died at Apollo Hospitals in the capital.
