Rizvi interrogated at jail gate

The police have quizzed BNP Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi at Kashimpur Central Jail`s gate in two cases of car vandalism and arson.
“Motijheel police SI`s Sheikh Mofizur Rahman and Awal Hossain, also the investigation officers of the two cases, quizzed Rizvi from 12pm to 1:10pm Thursday, Jailer Nasir Ahmed said.
The first case was filed on January 8 by SI Zakir Hussain of Motijheel police station and the second one was filed on January 19 by SI Humayun Kabir.
On Tuesday, the court allowed police to interrogate Rizvi at the jail gate in the two cases.
