BCL leader gunned down in Jessore

A Chhatra League leader was shot dead by some unidentified miscreants in Jessore in the early hours of Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Monwar Hossain Emon, 29, former vice president of Jessore district Chhatra League and son of Anwar Hossain.
Anwar Hossain told Jagonews24.com that, miscreants opened fire on his son when he was playing Ludu. Later he was rushed to hospital where duty doctor Mollick declared him dead.
AKM Azmal Huda, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station, told Jagonews24.com that the reason behind the murder could not be ascertained yet.
