AL suspends 10 rebel candidates in Sylhet

The ruling Awami League suspended its ten rebel candidates in Sylhet from the party for breaking party command during last municipality polls.

Awami League central organizing secretary Misbah Uddin Siraj informed this to journalist after a meeting at the political office of party president Sheikh Hasina on Sunday noon.

He also said that the candidates have been served the show cause notice and asked them to reply it’s within two weeks mentioning the reasons as to why they will not be suspended from the party.
