Islami Oikya Jote cuts ties with BNP-led 20-party alliance

Islami Oikya Jote has announced to cut ties with the BNP-led 20-party alliance.

Party chairman came up with the announcement at the third-quarter annual meeting of the party at Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh on Thursday.

He said they left the 20-party alliance for making their party stronger and giving it more time.

They will contest in the next parliamentary elections in all 300 constituencies, he added.
