Trial for BNP leader Sohel, 15 others begins
A Dhaka court on Wednesday ordered to start the trial processes for 15 people including BNP’s joint secretary general Habib Un Nabi Khan Sohel in a sabotage case filed with Ramna Thana.
Metropolitan Magistrate Alamgir Kabir Raz framed a charge sheet and fixed January 16 for the deposition on the case.
On January 5, 2013, Ramna Police Station Sub-Inspector Shah Alam filed the arson case on the charge of sabotage in the capital’s Banglamotor area.
Sub-Inspector Shah Alam submitted the charge sheet to the court against 15 people including Habib Un Nabi Khan Sohel on November 30, 2014.
