2 Jamaat leader arrested in Satkhira
Police arrested two leaders of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami from their respective house in Satkhira on Wednesday at 10am.
The detainees are Abdul Majed, 60, son of Abdur Rahim, of Babulia village in Sathkhira sadar upazila and Kowsor Ali, of Shikori village.
Firoz Hosen Molla, officer-in-charge of Satkhira sadar police station, said, two Jamaat leaders were arrested in different cases including sabotage cases.
