The Jatiya Party has canceled its planned rally and protest march scheduled for Saturday in front of its central office in Dhaka’s Bijoynagar area, following a ban by the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) on all gatherings, rallies, processions, and demonstrations in the Kakrail area and its surroundings.
