35,000 Yaba tablets seized in Ctg

Members of Bangladesh Coast Guard recovered 35,000 pieces of Yaba tablet from the outer anchorage of Chittagong port early Thursday.

Tipped off, a patrol team of the Coast Guard seized a boat in the area early in the morning, said Captain Shahidul Islam, commanding officer of the Coast Guard East Zone.

Later, they recovered 35,000 pieces of Yaba tablet from the boat.

However, none was arrested in this connection.
